When you join the VaHPA you also become a member of the
National
Horseshoe Pitching Association, which allows you to play at
sanctioned events World Wide! There are several ways
to join. 1. You can click this link for our application, fill out your information and mail it with your payment to the address shown on the application. 2. You could show up at one of the local leagues and join through a club. 3. Or you can show up at one of our open sanctioned tournaments and sign up. If you want to do this, please show up at least one hour before the posted cut off time, to pitch your qualifying shoes. Horseshoe pitching is great family fun. All ages are encouraged to participate - from 5 years old to 105. Quality time, great fun and good competition.
