The location for this promotion was in the downtown section of Portsmouth
at the water front. Our display set-up was in a very open shady area and a great
view for the public to see out display. The weather was wonderful with
temperature in the upper 80’s We posted flyers throughout the city, in stores, Barber Shop, club website, Radio broadcast, TV interview, newspaper article and news letter. The hand-out and resource we gave out were business cards, club and state membership application, club location in the area as well as in the state, court structure, score sheets, club flyer with contact info, distributor list for purchase horseshoe & equipment, sponsors, tournaments events and site map to where club practices. Our club signed up 3 new members. |
