The 2009 Open Double Trouble Horseshoe Tournament was held on 25 July 2009 at
Sleepy Hole Park Horseshoe Courts.
This was the club first Open Doubles Horseshoe Tournament. For this tournament, you bring your own partner. Their were Five Team that participate in the event. The 5 Team that participate was as follow: Ronnie Reeves and Jim Walls, Don Masters and Dewey Storm, James Allen and Charlie William and William Ponton and Rick . The competition was very tight and close. Ronnie Reeves and Jim Walls
went undefeated with a 4-0 record and claim the Overall prize money of $75. Don
Masters and Dewey Storm finished second. It was a great and hot day for pitching
